YOU DO THAT:

You send offers to our customers and mediate between buyers and
Salesperson.
You advise our customers in the German automotive dealer market and work closely
cooperate with buyers and sellers.
You have direct customer contact and are actively available to our customers if they have any questions

You strengthen our customer loyalty through pleasant and conclusion-oriented
Conversations.
You help to set up our sales database, keep it up to date and participate
You actively participate in the implementation of sales campaigns.

YOU WORK HERE:

Our sales team is being set up to inspire customers for our newly developed B2B product.
As a team, we bring buyers and sellers together on the wholesale market from our office in Koblenz and on the street throughout Germany.
We are the first point of contact for our customers if they have any questions about sales.
For us, not only customer satisfaction and loyalty, but above all team spirit come first.
Our day-to-day sales activities are demanding and challenging, but also varied and exciting.

YOU CAN DO IT:

Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry
Professional experience in sales and customer service
Very good knowledge of German
Convincing communication skills and good negotiating skills
High service mentality and very good stamina
Proven persuasiveness and determination
Knowledge of the use of CRM systems is an advantage
Good knowledge of English is an advantage
