Oft ist man nach dem Arbeitstag geschafft und gestresst und tags\u00fcber kommt der K\u00f6rper nicht gen\u00fcgend in Bewegung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; color: #7a7a7a; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; color: #7a7a7a; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Das Laufen ist f\u00fcr mich der Ausgleich zum Arbeitsalltag und die perfekte M\u00f6glichkeit, um \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Energie abzubauen oder auch einfach mal, um \u00fcber das eine oder andere Thema an der frischen Luft nachzudenken. Wenn ich laufe, kann ich mich wunderbar konzentrieren und der eine oder andere Lauf hat sogar schon zur L\u00f6sungsfindung im privaten als auch im beruflichen Kontext beigetragen. Wenn ich so \u201eziellos\u201c im Job agieren w\u00fcrde, w\u00e4re die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ich unsere Kunden (auch die \u201einternen\u201c) zufriedenstelle, nicht besonders hoch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">In der Regel kann man n\u00e4mlich nicht einfach mal loslaufen und eine vern\u00fcnftige Strecke schaffen. Recht schnell stellte ich fest, dass es auch hier jede Menge Parallelen zu meinem Job gibt. Ich brauche Ausdauer, Disziplin, ordentliches Equipment und darf mich von Tagen, an denen es mal nicht so gut l\u00e4uft (!) nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lassen. Weiterhin ist es sehr wichtig auf seinen K\u00f6rper zu h\u00f6ren, so wie wir auch unseren Kunden immer zuh\u00f6ren sollten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; color: #7a7a7a; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; color: #7a7a7a; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Manchmal kostet es ein wenig \u00dcberwindung, sich bei widrigem Wetter die Laufschuhe anzuziehen um seine Runde zu drehen, aber nach der Laufrunde bin ich froh, etwas f\u00fcr mich getan zu haben und den bekannten \u201einneren Schweinehund\u201c \u00fcberwunden zu haben. Auch hier eine weitere Parallele zum Job: Wer von uns kennt nicht die Situation vor einem m\u00f6glicherweise schwierigen Kundengespr\u00e4ch? Man macht sich viele Gedanken und meistens ist es im Nachgang halb so wild und wir d\u00fcrfen zufrieden mit uns sein.
