In 2021, the online auction provider pkwNOW joined our company to jointly revolutionize the auction market and offer customers the best possible service.

YOU DO THAT:

  • You mainly work independently in the field service and build up your own customer network of car dealers in your sales area, where you work one day per week in the home office.
  • You are the first point of contact for our car dealers and you inspire them to sell their used cars via our online auction platform through competent and conclusion-oriented discussions.
  • You advise the customers and stand by them proactively as a contact person.
  • You train the dealers in the use of our digital sales platform.
  • You will analyze the reports from previous vehicle auctions and, on this basis, develop suggestions for improvement and recommendations for the dealer in order to optimize his sales success
  • You give feedback to the management, which helps to continuously develop the product.

YOU WORK HERE:

  • Our sales team is growing steadily in order to inspire customers for our B2B auction platform.
  • As a team, we bring buyers and sellers together on the wholesale market – our Trade Desk Team from our office in Koblenz and our sales managers on site.
  • We are the point of contact for our customers when it comes to questions about online B2B used car marketing.
  • For us, not only customer satisfaction and loyalty, but above all team spirit come first.
  • Our day-to-day sales activities are demanding and challenging, but also varied and exciting.

YOU CAN DO IT:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience in sales
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector and an existing dealer network are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Convincing communication skills and good negotiating skills
  • Proven persuasiveness and determination
  • High service mentality and high level of self-motivation
  • Ability to deal confidently with difficult clients and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
